※Redistribution, modification, and usage of my art is prohibited (a.k.a. no reposting to other websites, no editing or tracing, no using as icons/profile pictures/headers) unless you have explicit permission from me.※If you have commissioned art from me in the past, then you may use it for personal use only (icons, headers, etc) so long as you credit me in your profile.※I still retain the rights to my art even if it was a commission.※Usage of my art for commercial purposes is prohibited unless discussed with a client otherwise.※Usage of my art for non fungible tokens (NFTs) or any form of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is my personal or commissioned artwork.※Usage of my art on any sort of AI website is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is my personal or commissioned artwork.※Any violators will be blocked and put on a blacklist indefinitely.

Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum 3 characters per commission!

  • White/Simple Background by default

  • Currently not accepting commissions with illustrated backgrounds.

  • I may charge extra for additional objects/complex designs/etc.

  • Please provide references (especially for OCs) and be as specific with your inquiry as possible.

  • Please refrain from providing non-official images/other artist's fanart as (pose) references. The last thing I want is to refer to someone's artwork too much that it looks too similar.

  • Samples may be outdated, therefore your finished commission piece may differ from the provided samples.

  • Payment upfront through PayPal (I must receive payment in full first before I start working on your commission!)

  • Updates will be sent to you through email as I work on your commission.

  • I have a right to refuse a commission if I feel it is above my skill level or if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • Requests to make major changes to your commission are only available when I send you a rough sketch of your commission. Once I complete lining and coloring, the only changes you are allowed to ask for are quick color changes or missing details.

  • Any art you commission from me is for personal use only (icons, headers, phone/desktop wallpapers) so long as you put visible credit where due.

  • You are prohibited from redistributing/reselling/modifying my artwork, using it for commercial purposes, claiming my work as your own, etc.

  • Usage of commissioned artwork for NFT's or any form of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited.

  • Usage of commissioned artwork for AI softwares are also strictly prohibited.

  • Digital Goods, No Shipping Required.

  • No refunds, payment is final. (I will only issue a refund in full if I am unable to continue working on your commission due to personal reasons.)

  • Time Range: Time to finish your commission may range from a month or so upon receiving approval of the initial sketch. If I have not contacted you with an update on your commission in a while, I will try my best to let you know where I'm at, even if I haven't started on your commission yet. Otherwise you are free to ask for an update from me, so long as you are not rude about it. If you need me to complete your commission by a certain date, please let me know, but do be reasonable. I may charge extra depending on how quick you need me to get it finished.

  • When finished, I will email you the full resolution version of your commission as well as a watermarked lower resolution version for posting on social media. You are free to post it on social media as long as you tag/credit me (@miumiins)!

  • By sending in your commission inquiry, you have agreed to have read and acknowledged all of the terms stated on this commission page, as well as the general terms & conditions stated on my TOS page. Any violators will be blocked and put on a blacklist indefinitely.
